Coordinator, Academic Coaching

Bucks County Community College seeks a collaborative, student-centered professional to lead and advance the Academic Coaching program within the Academic Success Center. The Coordinator will provide program leadership, staff supervision, and direct student support to ensure a proactive, integrated approach to supporting students, particularly those on academic alert, warning, or probation.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Director and Executive Director to design, implement, integrate, and assess a comprehensive academic coaching program
• Develop and maintain standardized coaching frameworks, session models, documentation processes, and ethical practice standards
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through utilization, retention, and student success data, and recommend continuous improvements
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate part-time peer and professional academic coaches
• Provide direct academic coaching to students as needed, supporting goal setting, time management, metacognitive strategies, study skills, and academic planning
