Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of job-related experience
- Ability to travel to LBC, UBC, and Bucks County high schools
- Ability to work one evening a week or as needed
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and numerous test-delivery systems
- Proficiency with computers and software
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented work habits, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, identify issues, and solve routine problems
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, and as a team member
- Ability to teach and train departmental policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and regulations
