Hotel Maintenance Assistant

TownePlace Suites Latham-Albany Airport is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for the upkeep of the hotel property, assisting the Chief Engineer.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or a related field
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs
• Requires reaching overhead, climbing, crouching, and twisting
• Valid drivers license required
