Job Description
The Port Engineer is responsible for ensuring the company's fleet of tank barges are properly maintained, equipped for safe and reliable operations, and in compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
- High School education minimum
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- TWIC card and Driver's License
- US Coast Guard Merchant Mariners License with Tankerman Endorsement
- 5-10 years of vessel engine room or marine maintenance experience
- Weld inspector preferred
- Tanker/Barge experience
- Incident Investigation Training
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
