Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for a General Manager to create legendary experiences for guests and oversee restaurant management teams. The role involves local restaurant marketing, performance initiatives, and community connection activities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of management experience
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others
• Champion change and passion for training and developing teams
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
