Estate & Trust Administration Paralegal supporting the firm's estate and trust administration practice, including probate estate matters and trust administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of paralegal experience in probate, trust administration, or estate planning within the State of Michigan
- Working knowledge of probate procedures and estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
