Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to meet Community Care Licensing requirements to pass a Department of Justice criminal background clearance
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities
- Understanding of behavior modification and de-escalation techniques
