Job Description
Builder.io is a collaboration layer on top of AI coding agents, putting them in the hands of your full team. The company is looking for a Director of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading product for a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform company through a period of rapid growth.
- Deep product instincts in technical and AI-driven product categories, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, designers, and enterprise buyers.
- Experience building and scaling a product function from early-stage or growth-stage through significant revenue milestones.
- Strong command of product-led growth mechanics, including activation, engagement, expansion, and retention in enterprise SaaS.
- Track record of shipping at high velocity without sacrificing quality or strategic coherence.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing product teams.
