Job Description
Builders FirstSource is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to represent the company with complex customers, understand customer needs, and identify products and services to meet these requirements. The candidate will participate in a leadership role, helping to train and develop less experienced members of the sales staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Two (2) years prior sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
- Highly effective selling skills
- Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
