Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to represent our company with large or complex customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, and two years of prior sales experience.

• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
• In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy and tact
• Highly effective selling skills
• Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals and objectives
• Highly effective presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work unsupervised
• Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to utilize background and experience to provide training and development to less experienced Outside Sales Reps
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
