Job Description
Oversees and supervises all component or millwork production activities at a specific location for assigned shift; evaluates efficiency of work processes and identifies and implements process improvements to optimize productivity; provides on-the-job skills and quality standards training to employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Five (5) years experience performing and coordinating component manufacturing activities
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
