Sales Manager Outside Sales

We are Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, value-added components and building services to the professional market. As a Sales Manager Outside Sales, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales and gross profit objectives, supervising the sales force, and developing performance plans. You will also be responsible for new business development, establishing and maintaining top-level contact with customers, and expanding the company’s partnering relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
• 3+ years of directly related experience managing a sales department within the industry, or a combination of education and experience
• 10 years + of prior experience selling to professional builders required
