Builders FirstSource is seeking a Training Facilitator to lead training programs across the organization, with a focus on leadership, sales, and professional development. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in training facilitation, as well as excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of related experience in training facilitation
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team (preferred)
• DDI Certified Facilitator
• DiSC Certification
• Hogan Certification
