Job Description
We are seeking a Window Sales Specialist to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a Window Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for representing the company with the largest or most complex customers, identifying products and services to meet customer needs, and participating in leadership roles to help train and develop less experienced sales staff. You will also be responsible for developing sales contracts, troubleshooting field issues, and conducting sales presentations for current and prospective customers. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Two years prior sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
- Highly effective selling and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
