ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN - Danang, Vietnam

The Electronic Technician II will provide technical resources for the manufacturing department, conducting reactive and preventative maintenance, examining and qualifying First Article Parts, and assisting the test engineering department.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, Trade or Technical School
• Basic understanding of electrical control circuits that employ 24 VAC/DC, 120/240 VAC
• Electronic Circuits
• Understanding of basic electronic instrumentation (DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power supplies)
• Exposure to selective and/or wave soldering machinery
• Ability to perform precise measurements of mechanical components vs a print
• 2-5 years’ experience as Electronic Technician
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to document processes, procedures, and findings
• Ability to provide troubleshooting information to Test Engineering
• Experience in assembly, disassembly and troubleshooting small electronic components / products
• Experience in certified soldering and rework techniques
• Experience reading complex schematics of digital and analog circuitry
