Driver Lead Certified Installer

Lead and perform appliance installations in residential settings, supervise and train junior installers, and maintain accurate records of installations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of appliance installation experience or 2+ years as a Certified Installer at BSI Inc.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with hand tools and interpreting installation instructions
• Valid NM/TX driver's license and DOT certification
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied field conditions
