Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success at an ambitious B2B SaaS company OR in management consulting (Strategy, Inhouse, Boutique, IT)
- Consultative mindset, challenging the status quo and seeking the best solution for the customer's business
- Sales & Process Affinity, understanding how modern sales organizations work
- Impact Orientation, taking responsibility for high revenue and working data-driven
- Communication & Presence, outstanding presentation skills in German and English
