We’re hiring a Salesforce Administrator to help scale the operational backbone of the BuildOps GTM motion. The role requires deep Salesforce administration expertise and strong Quote-to-Cash (QTC) experience, including hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and downstream revenue workflows involving RCA, ARM, or similar revenue accounting tools.
Requirements
- Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Build and maintain scalable automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governance best practices
- Lead deployments, release cycles, sandbox strategy, QA, UAT coordination, and change management
- Maintain documentation and system standards while moving fast
- Ensure data cleanliness and enforce process compliance through smart controls and automation
- Own Salesforce CPQ configuration: products, bundles, pricing, discounting, approvals, renewals, amendments, and contracting workflows
- Build and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes (Opportunity → Quote → Contract → Billing → Revenue)
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean revenue processes aligned with revenue recognition requirements
- Support integrations and workflows tied to RCA, ARM, and other revenue automation tools
- Continuously improve quoting speed, accuracy, and compliance through automation and smarter system design
- Work closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and GTM teams
- Translate evolving business requirements into system execution quickly and correctly
- Train users, improve adoption, and enforce best practices without slowing the business down
