Job Description
Buildout is seeking a People Operations Generalist to help run and improve the systems that support their fully remote team. The role is critical in making sure moments run smoothly, feel delightful, and scale as they grow.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or a related role
- Hands-on experience with HR processes like onboarding, payroll, and benefits
- Experience in HR systems (Rippling and Google Workspace experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a remote, SaaS company environment
