Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee ventilation installation projects in new construction, including condominium towers, commercial buildings, and public institutions, and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the ventilation installation or HVAC sector
- Strong understanding of new construction processes and commercial/institutional project management
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
