Requirements

• University degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, ideally in a construction or real estate context
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and good understanding of operational issues
• Experience or marked interest in cost management, financial control, and performance
• Comfort in a hybrid role: operational + analytical + supervisory
• Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, rigor, and adaptability
