Our client, a rapidly growing real estate developer and constructor, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and direct various phases of real estate projects, from pre-construction to final delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and external professionals (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors)
• Ensure budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability and performance
• Supervise bid processes, negotiations, and contract award
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to ensure project advancement
• Maintain continuous communication with management and produce project progress reports
• Participate in optimizing work methods and project management processes
• Maintain solid relationships with partners, suppliers, and key project stakeholders
