Residential Property Manager needed to oversee the complete management of a large residential rental project in the Laurentides region, with key responsibilities including daily management, customer service, unit rentals, budgeting, and maintenance supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential property management
• Experience in leasing and marketing multi-residential properties on a large scale
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience
• Good understanding of technical operations and construction
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of YARDI is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required
