Job Description
Bulla Dairy Foods, a 100% Australian owned and operated dairy company, is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join their People & Culture team. The role will drive key people initiatives, lead the design and development of organisational culture and capability development frameworks, and implement the company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or similar
- Minimum ten (10) years HR/OD experience with exposure in advising and influencing at the Executive level
- Ability to travel between sites (Derrimut/Colac) with a current driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle
