Job Description
Lemon Platypus is hiring a Senior HR Systems Consultant (HiBob Specialist) to lead end-to-end HR system implementations, with a strong focus on HiBob. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Systems roles and proven experience implementing HiBob.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Systems roles
- Proven, hands-on experience implementing HiBob (end-to-end)
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they translate into system design
- Demonstrated experience leading implementations independently and managing client stakeholders
