Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role with an enterprise B2B SaaS product company.
- Strong interest in AI-powered workflow transformation, automation, and operational systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies and workflows.
- Technical background or demonstrated experience working on technically complex software products.
- Customer-focused attitude and experience conducting regular customer conversations for discovery, validation, and feedback.
- Experience working closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data science, and go-to-market teams in a highly collaborative fashion.
- Disciplined approach to execution and follow through.
- Strong product judgment and bias toward action.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting goals and deadlines.
- Superior problem solving and project management skills, including the ability to balance resources and rapidly evaluate and address risk.
