Lead Engineer

The company is looking for a Lead Engineer to lead the planning and execution of high-impact projects and drive the evolution of engineering architectures and operational standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years in backend development with a proven track record in a Senior, Lead, or equivalent role
• Deep technical authority in the Node.js ecosystem
• Proven ability to foster growth in others and act as a go-to resource for innovative solutions
• Strong practical experience with modern databases (e.g., Redis, PostgreSQL)
• Full lifecycle ownership with expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and robust observability
• A deep commitment to quality with comprehensive testing strategies
