Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead the Search Query Platform & Availability team. The role requires strong technical judgment and experience developing complex systems. The ideal candidate will be based in Toronto and have experience managing a team of software engineers.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience managing a team of software engineers
- Strong technical judgment to guide engineering decisions
- First-hand experience developing complex systems like databases, distributed systems, or high-performance applications
