The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for completing the registration process, promoting hotel marketing programs, and providing excellent customer service. The agent will also be responsible for ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for within the guest statement, and responding to guest complaints in a professional manner.

- Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English
- Excellent calculator skills to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without errors
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Motivated, energetic professional with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
