Director/Senior Director, Insights

BPI is seeking a Director of Insights to lead the development and execution of data-driven research and analytics strategies that inform client campaigns and strategic communications.

Requirements

• 8-11 years of experience in strategy, messaging, market research, or insights roles, preferably in an agency, political, or public affairs environment
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and innovation
