Senior Director/Managing Director, Executive Communications

We are seeking a Senior Director/Managing Director, Executive Communications to lead our Speechwriting & Executive Communication team. The ideal candidate is a professional with 12-15 years of experience in research, writing, and communications. The role involves crafting high-stakes keynote speeches, op-eds, and annual report letters, as well as serving as a high-level advisor to BPI's partners and client's c-suite leaders. The successful candidate will have exceptional written and oral communications skills, the ability to work with clients of different backgrounds and styles, and expertise with Google Suite.

Requirements

• 12- 15 years of research, writing, and communications experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work with clients of different backgrounds and styles
• Exceptional ability to deliver both creative and strategic writing under tight timelines
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative research into clear and compelling messaging
• Proven project management experience
• Experience providing clear feedback to team members
• Strong interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport with clients over long time periods
• Expertise with Google Suite
