Associate Director, Product Marketing

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing to drive the strategic go-to-market planning, positioning, and execution for a key product category across Bumble’s global ecosystem. This role will serve as the strategic connector between Product, Brand, Growth, Analytics, and our AI team — ensuring that every launch, narrative, and marketing investment contributes to meaningful business and user impact.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles
• Strong background in B2C mobile app marketing, ideally within consumer tech or marketplace platforms
• Proven experience owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for complex product launches
• Experience working on or marketing AI-powered products, personalization systems, or recommendation engines
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, user-centric messaging and value propositions
• Experience managing global launches and localized strategies across multiple markets
• Highly analytical, with experience using data and experimentation to inform strategy and optimize performance
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering across Tech, Product, Design, Data, Support, and Creative teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
