Integrity Operations Specialist

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Integrity Operations Specialist to join their Trust Operations team. The ideal candidate will investigate safety concerns, provide compassionate support, and help uphold the company's Community Guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, customer support, crisis response, or content moderation
• Ability to work with sensitive content, including child exploitation, graphic or physical sexual violence, and self-harm
• Experience handling high-touch safety escalations and providing support to vulnerable individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another second language
