The Counter Sales Level 1 provides friendly and courteous over-the-counter direct sales to customers, takes orders in-person and by phone, and supports the overall performance of store operations.
Requirements
- Attend work every day, on time, as scheduled, unless management authorizes time-off
- Demonstrate courteous, respectful, and kind conduct toward every customer and co-worker
- Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Learn to research part's availability through computer and catalogs for stock numbers, inventory status, and pricing
- Locate and pull parts for orders, check in, put up, straighten, dust, and rearrange stock as needed
- Handle cash and credit transactions; properly invoice/credit customer accounts
- Process incoming inventory, put up stock
- Pull appropriate parts to complete customer order. Tag the orders for delivery
