Requirements
- 3+ years' experience leading teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in software engineering with a preference for a Platform/DevOps/Infrastructure engineering background
- Strong technical foundation in Cloud technologies (we work with AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
- Experience guiding teams that build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments
- Solid understanding of observability, reliability, and operating distributed systems at scale
