Sales Stylist

Bungalow is seeking a full-time Senior Home Stylist / Design Sales Specialist to serve as a trusted, on-floor design partner for our home furnishings clientele. This is a sales-driven, relationship-based role for someone who can translate a customer’s lifestyle into a well-layered home — and confidently guide them from inspiration to purchase across furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, design sales, or a related client-facing design role
• Demonstrated success in a sales environment (commission or goal-based preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of furniture, textiles, finishes, and styling principles (proportion, scale, layering)
• Comfortable with POS systems, quoting/special orders, and basic inventory workflows
• Available to work a full-time schedule including weekends (retail peak days)
• High school diploma required; design education/training is a plus
