Job Description
The Weight Control and Receipt Assistant role involves monitoring the weighing process of vehicles, conducting final weight control, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. The role also involves directing the flow of invoicing and weighing documents, analyzing the scale flow for efficiency, and controlling and analyzing operational activities related to invoicing and product release.
Requirements
- High school degree complete
- Knowledge in Office Suite
- Previous experience in administrative and/or financial routines
- Availability to work in the second or third shift (14h20 to 22h35 or 22h35 to 6h00), 6x2 schedule
- Desirable experience in operating scales and weighing
