Associate Team Lead - Laytime Operations

The Associate Team Lead - Laytime Operations will be responsible for tracking Demurrage/Dispatch files, reviewing charter party terms, and calculating amounts due to each party. The candidate should have a good understanding of contracts, charter parties, and laytime/demurrage provisions, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Track Demurrage/Dispatch files
• Review charter party terms
• Calculate amounts due to each party
• Invoices customers with full supporting documentation
• Monitor collection and perform cash application
• Produce and retain documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures
• Review counterparty
