Overall institutional business MIS and ensuring target achievement by teams. Prepare business plans, forecast targets, and review open contracts/stocks/AR to maintain commercial hygiene. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely stock availability and revision of IP prices.
Requirements
- Preparing business plans with BU head and assigning to sales teams
- Monthly forecast/target working with BU head
- Daily review with sales team and SCM team on forecast/targets shared
- Weekly review of open contracts/stock aging/AR to maintain business commercial hygiene
- Co-ordination with legal team on new/renewal of supplier/brokerage agreements
- Tracking brokerage agreements of all supplies aligned through brokers and approving broker bills basis the agreement aligned
- Daily monitoring of oil prices and revising/reviewing IP prices with BU head and co-ordination with trading team for oil coverage(trade tickets) timely to cover business risk
- FG material code creation basis the business requirement
- Co-ordination with R&D team for new product/customer development
- Support to Sales team: aligning SCM/logistics team for stock alignments and timely movement of stocks, creating new customer codes/contracts, and resolving sales team queries on daily operations
- Support in Key account operations: co-ordinating with key accounts from order creation/timely supply/payment receipts in time, closely co-ordinating with R&D team on new product development, and forecasting of major products for timely availability
