Job Description
Bunge is seeking a Facility Operations Leadership Trainee to gain hands-on experience in its industrial facilities, including crushing, refining, grain facilities, or packaging facilities. The role is 18 months long, focused on developing leadership skills and preparing candidates for front-line leadership positions within the Business Unit. Relocation may be required.
Requirements
- Train, develop and lead the Bunge safety culture.
- Understand and demonstrate safe work habits.
- Participate fully in the day-to-day physical operation of a Bunge facility.
- Understand fundamental operations and processes.
- Assist location and corporate staff with project evaluation and improvement.
