Job Description
The Lab Technician ensures the integrity and safety of food products throughout the manufacturing process, performing physical and chemical testing, and maintaining a food safety culture within the site.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years of lab experience in oils & fats, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related industry
- Ability to work independently, read technical documents, complete routine reports, and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
