Lead Production Supervisor

The Lead Production Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department. This includes cultivating a safety culture, overseeing department production shift activities, and ensuring compliance with sanitation requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in soybean crushing, oil refining, milling, oil packaging operations, or related activities
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and other technical software packages
