Job Description
Bunge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership and direction to the maintenance/reliability function. This role is responsible for safe and efficient use of resources, optimizing maintenance costs, and fostering a culture of reliability and efficiency. The supervisor will implement and manage maintenance systems and processes to ensure the ongoing reliability of operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science technology
- 5+ years’ experience in reliability and/or maintenance
- Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, thermography (preferred)
- Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Analysis reviews
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Excel
