Manager- SOX Compliance

We are seeking a Manager- SOX Compliance to join our Global Internal Audit team at Bunge. The successful candidate will lead and manage the execution of the SOX Program, develop and mentor SOX team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance) or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (e.g., US GAAP, IFRS)
• Project management experience
• Strong business and risk acumen
• Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills and ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the company
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially the ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to and drive change
• Ability to effectively work and build partnerships with employees at all levels
• Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data analytics, ERP systems, and audit tools
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
