Bunge has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems for digital products. The role requires advanced technical expertise in backend technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide technical guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and APIs using industry-standard frameworks.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define API requirements and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and codebase.
• Ensure that backend systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Guide teammates on developing efficient and secure backend components
• Establish and promote best practices, standards and guidelines related to back-end engineering for Bunge technology products.
