The Senior Executive - Research & Development will be responsible for developing world-class innovation and improving existing products in the dry category, including dry premixes, baking aids, and yeast, to make Bunge India a leading player in the B2B business segment.
Requirements
- Safety in Ingredient R&D function
- Ensure safety and quality of Bunge products and in compliance to all food laws
- Develop new products and optimize existing products on quality, application, cost and delivery
- Carry out competition benchmarking time to time and come up with continuous improvement opportunities
- Liase with Application, Operations etc. on new product development & delivery, cost reduction, operations etc.
- Actively pursue development of vendors for raw materials, packaging materials etc. for improved delivery & cost reduction
- Provide technical service in terms of training to employees, vendor development etc.
- Work closely with large institutional key accounts on dry premixes & baking aids to develop new products, optimize existing products, improve production & quality etc. for them
