Join us as a Department Manager/Coordinator at Bunnings and lead a team of 20+ to deliver the best customer experience and manage daily operations, sales, and stock management within your department.
Requirements
- Previous retail leadership experience in a large retail environment
- Strong passion for customer service and merchandising standards
- Results-focussed and able to achieve results by working closely with your team
- Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coach and develop others
- Ability to be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
