Job Description
Join us and experience Bunnings from the other side of the counter! As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team, leading by example and working with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Requirements
- Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
- Managing and coordinating stock effectively
