As a Junior Performance Marketeer, you will be responsible for executing performance strategies, launching campaigns, and managing the creative pipeline. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and compliance with brand standards.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with performance campaigns
- Comfortable operating in TikTok Ads Manager and Google App Ads
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Data-aware and able to turn performance signals into practical next steps
- Fluent communication in English and ability to coordinate across teams
