We are seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to residents in our care home, supporting their independence and honoring their choices. The role involves supporting residents with daily tasks, observing and managing their behavior, and providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
Requirements
- Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
